Tensions are rising in the backwoods of Kentucky, the central locale of WGN’s upcoming drama, Outsiders.
Today, the network released the first trailer for their new original series which stars David Morse as the patriarch of a centuries-old clan who live off the grid in the rural Appalachian Mountains. Things come to a head when the clan confronts encroaching locals and law enforcement.
This will be the third original series for WGN and boasts producers credits from Rescue Me‘s Peter Tolan and Paul Giamatti.
Outsiders is set to premiere in early 2016.
