Paradise Run TV show on Nickelodeon: season one premiere (canceled or renewed?)

Nickelodeon‘s new competition series, Paradise Run, premieres Monday, February 1, 2016, at 7:00pm ET/PT. Set in Hawaii and hosted by Daniella Monet, the first season of this new daily show contains 20 episodes.

In each episode, teams of kids face off in what Nick calls “a series of heart-pounding challenges.” The first team across the finish line wins the grand prize. Click here to check out a sneak peek.

NICKELODEON PREMIERES NEW COMPETITION SERIES, “PARADISE RUN,” SET IN HAWAII AND HOSTED BY DANIELLA MONET, MONDAY, FEB. 1 AT 7 P.M. (ET/PT)

Santa Monica, Calif.-Jan. 21, 2016-Nickelodeon sets an intense, adventure competition against the lavish backdrop of Hawaii with the premiere of its brand-new daily series, Paradise Run, beginning Monday, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m. (ET/PT). Hosted by Daniella Monet (Victorious), the 20-episode series features three teams of kids racing across the grounds of an exotic resort, competing against one another in a series of heart-pounding challenges. The first team to cross the finish line wins the grand prize.

In each episode, teamwork and physical stamina are tested through sets of fast-paced challenges, ranging from obstacle courses to water-based adventures in an ocean-fed lagoon. Whether teams are racing across the white-sand beach, navigating under thundering waterfalls or careening down a five-story waterslide, each challenge brings contestants closer to the finish line and the grand prize–a tropical vacation.

Paradise Run is produced by Stone & Company Entertainment with Scott Stone (BrainSurge, Legends of the Hidden Temple TV Series) and Marcus Fox serving as executive producers.
