About the People of Earth TV series on TBS

Set in the small town of Beacon, People of Earth centers on Ozzie Graham (Cenac). The skeptical journalist investigates a support group to write about its members’ alleged alien encounters. The support group meets in the community room of Our Lady of Sorrows, which it rents from Father Doug (Oscar Nuñez).

The ring of truth in the group members’ accounts surprises Ozzie, at least at first. He then begins to find evidence that suggests he too has been abducted by aliens. Ozzie works for Jonathan Walsh (Michael Cassidy). TBS says Jonathan, “…harbors an even greater secret of his own.”

Ana Gasteyer plays therapist Gina Morrison, who facilitates the support group. Regular group attendees include: Kelly Grady (Alice Wetterlund); Gerry Johnson (Luka Jones); Richard Shenk (Brian Huskey); Margaret Flood (Nancy Lenehan); Yvonne Watson (Da’Vine Joy Randolph); Don the White (Björn Gustafsson); and Jeff the Grey (Ken Hall).

People of Earth officially premieres on TBS, on Halloween night, Monday, October 31, 2016 at 9:00pm ET/PT.
