The Prison Break reboot has added six more to its cast. According to Deadline, Sam Trammell, Sean Bridgers, Kerry Bishé, Robin Weigert, Jean Louisa Kelly, and Chris Coy have been added to the cast.
Emily Browning, Lukas Gage, Drake Rodger, Clayton Cardenas, JR Bourne, Myles Bullock, and Georgie Flores star in the Hulu series, which follows a former soldier who begins working at a prison to show how far she is willing to go for the person she loves.
The following was revealed about the roles the new additions will play:
“Trammell plays Jarrod Boggs, a powerful figure with deep roots in West Virginia.
Bridgers portrays Hollis, a devoted family man trying to rebuild his life.
Bishé is Mary Smith, a mysterious and dangerous female inmate.
Weigert plays Chaplain Bannon, the prison chaplain who counsels inmates in need.
Kelly portrays Margaret, the new matriarch of a power-brokering political family.
Coy is Mule, a dangerous and unpredictable inmate.”
The Prison Break reboot began production in June. The premiere date will be announced later.
