Will there be another Psych reunion? This week, star James Roday told reporters he’s certain another reunion movie will happen for the USA Network TV show, TVLine reports.
In December, the cast of the detective drama reunited for Psych: The Movie. The series ran for eight seasons before ending in 2014. Returning stars included Dulé Hill, James Roday, Corbin Bernsen, Kirsten Nelson, Maggie Lawson, and Timothy Omundson.
During this summer’s TCA press conference, Roday revealed he’s game for another Psych movie and so is the rest of the cast:
We’ll figure out a way to do it. All the pieces are still there, and everyone wants to do it. We’ve got to get [co-star] Tim Omundson back to his Psychos.”
According to TVLine, plans to shoot a sequel movie were recently put on hold because of Roday and co-star Dulé Hill’s schedule. USA Network has yet to announce any further details for the unofficially titled Psych: The Sequel movie.
