All the Queen’s Men has found its man. Deadline reports Dexter director Steve Shill has joined the upcoming TV series.
Based on Robin Maxwell’s novels The Wild Irish and The Queen’s Bastard, the historical drama is “set during the imperialist British conquest of Old Ireland during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I.”
Shill will direct the series, which is being developed for Tayox TV and Ingenious Media. All the Queen’s Men is slated to begin production in 2018.
