Season three of Rick and Morty is finally happening. This week, Adult Swim announced the TV show’s new season will premiere in July.
The animated series was renewed for a third season back in 2015, but so far only one new episode has aired and that was part of Adult Swim’s 2017 April Fool’s Day celebration. Earlier this year, co-creator Dan Harmon confessed that creative difficulties are responsible for the long delay.
But it looks like the wait is finally over. Season three of Rick and Morty will premiere on Adult Swim on July 30th at 11 p.m. ET/PT.
