Roseanne will return to ABC in early 2018, and Laurie Metcalf teased a bit more about what fans of the comedy will see once it arrives.
She teased the following about the return of the ABC series, per Cinema Blend:
“Everybody’s on board, yeah. There will be new people, because we had children. You know, Roseanne and I both had little tiny tots 20 years ago. So there will be new characters.”
This seems to mean that fans will see Jackie and Roseanne’s children all-grown up. Both women had babies during the time of the series.
