Royal Pains: Season Seven Ratings

Royal Pains TV show on USA: ratings (cancel or renew?)Last year, the ratings for Royal Pains dropped a lot — nearly 35% in the 18-49 demographic and 43% in viewers. It wasn’t cancelled but USA Network renewed it for two short seasons of eight episodes each. It’s believed that season eight will be the end. Could the ratings rebound and lead to a ninth year? Royal Pains follows the continuing adventures of a former ER doctor (Mark Feuerstein) from New York who, along with his younger brother (Paulo Costanzo), runs a concierge doctor business in The Hamptons. The show’s cast includes Reshma Shetty, Brooke D’Orsay, Campbell Scott, Ben Shenkman, and Henry Winkler.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.
