FOX has cast James Earl in the series regular role of “Candy Striper,” for the second season of the Scream Queens TV show. Earl recently played Barry Sandel on the Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life TV show, which was cancelled after one season on FOX. Scream Queens season two premieres Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 9:00pm ET/PT.
John Stamos and Taylor Lautner were also recently announced as additions to the Scream Queens cast. Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd, Glen Powell, and Niecy Nash are all reprising their roles from the first season.

James Earl (“Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life,” “Glee“) has been cast in the series regular role of “Candy Striper” in the upcoming second season of SCREAM QUEENS, the comedy-horror series from award-winning executive producers Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan. Season Two of SCREAM QUEENS graduates from the college campus and into an all-new location, as a terrifyingly funny mystery will begin once again. Set in a hospital, where some of the most fascinating and bizarre medical cases are under observation, Earl is one of the new male leads opposite recently announced Emmy Award nominee John Stamos and Taylor Lautner. Golden Globe Award nominee Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd, Glen Powell and Niecy Nash are set to reprise their Season One characters.
About James Earl:
James Earl is familiar to FOX audiences from his series regular role as “Barry Sandel” in the comedy “Cooper Barrett’s Guide To Surviving Life,” and in a recurring role on “Glee.” He will next be seen as “Evan” in James Gunn’s new feature film, “The Belko Experiment.” He was last seen playing the series regular role of “Derrick” on Bill Lawrence’s cable comedy, “Ground Floor.” Additional television credits include “Awesometown” and “Glory Daze.” He also appeared in the recent film “Lazarus,” alongside Olivia Wilde, Mark Duplass, Donald Glover and Evan Peters; as well as in “The Gridiron Gang.” He is represented by Abrams Artists Agency, Untitled Entertainment, Crimson Media and attorney Lev Ginsburg at Ginsburg Daniels.
