Scream Queens: Season One Ratings

Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan co-created Glee and it was a big ratings success for FOX (at least in the first few seasons). Now, the trio’s new series for the network, Scream Queens, also be a hit? Will it be cancelled or renewed for a second season? Stay tuned to find out.

A college campus comedy horror TV series, Scream Queens, is set around the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority house. Dressed in the college mascot’s Red Devil outfit, a killer is on the loose, and almost everyone has a motive. The cast includes Emma Roberts, Skyler Samuels, Lea Michele, Glen Powell, Diego Boneta, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Oliver Hudson, Nasim Pedrad, Lucien Laviscount, Billie Lourd, and Jamie Lee Curtis.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival.
