Scream Queens is set to return to FOX for a second season, and there are a few details about the new season already being released.
Deadline reported that several of the actresses from season one will return for season two. This includes Jame Lee Curtis. The news outlet also revealed that Lea Michele, Emma Roberts, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, and Billie Lourd are also returning. The setting of season two will be different. The action will take place at a hospital.
