TV show description:
This sitcom follows David Hobbs (Scott Baio), America’s favorite TV Dad. He’s spent the last 10 years playing the perfect father on television and seems to have forgotten how to master his real-life role of “world’s best dad.” Now, thanks to an agreement from years ago, his wife has gone back to work and it’s David’s turn to take over at home.

Life with his three kids proves to be a crazy adventure and he has a lot to learn. His love for his family, ability to think on his feet, and his good sense of humor really come in handy.

Amy (Alanna Ubach) is David’s actress wife and a “super mom.” She’ll do anything for her children. Her decision to return to the big-screen and leave her babies in her husband’s hands sometimes leaves her stomach in knots.

Their three children are Emily (Ryan Newman), a teenager with a penchant for drama and a patchy relationship with her father; Joe (Jackson Brundage), the middle child who can take things a little too seriously; and Janie (Bailey Michelle Brown), a cutie who still manages to find her way into trouble — sometimes with help from her best friend, Charlotte (Alyvia Alyn Lind).

Kevin (Ramy Youssef) is the production assistant from David’s old sitcom who helps around the house. Marcus (Mark Curry) is the head writer of David’s old sitcom and also lives across the street from the Hobbs family.
