Seeso has some new comedy in store. Variety reports the streaming service has ordered four new series for 2017.
Currently, Seeso airs several classic comedy shows like 30 Rock, Kids in the Hall, and The Mighty Boosh in addition to original series like Take My Wife and Bajillion Dollar Properties.
First up, the streaming service has ordered a “comedy advice show” based on the podcast “My Brother, My Brother and Me” with the McElroy brothers (Justin, Travis, and Griffin). Seeso has also picked up two sketch series, including the all-female series Wham Bam, Thank You Ma’am and a six-part series from Australia’s Fancy Boy troupe.
Finally, the platform has ordered Shrink, a comedy from Tim Baltz and Tim Tremper, that “follows a recent medical school grad who begins seeing patients solicited from Craigslist in his parent’s garage after losing his medical residency.”
All four new series will debut in early 2017.
