After weeks of speculation, Chris Noth has signed on to reprise his role as Mr. Big in the film. The production is scheduled to begin shooting next month in New York City where Noth also films NBC’s Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Noth will be filming the two projects simultaneously and says, “I was thrilled that the producers were able to work around my Law & Order: Criminal Intent schedule.”
Of the project, Noth told the NY Daily News, “I am happy to be back in the flesh as Mr. Big, especially after reading [writer/director] Michael Patrick King’s script.”
The current rumor is that the four gal pals reunite in the film for Carrie’s wedding to Big. If that’s true, will we finally learn his real last name?
