From Quantico to Shameless. TVLine reports Tate Ellington will star in season seven of the Showtime series.
Ellington played Simon Asher during season one of Quantico. The actor has also appeared in The Mindy Project, The Big Bang Theory, and Castle.
In the upcoming season of Shameless, Ellington will play Chad, a preppy employee of the company that owns the diner where Fiona (Emmy Rossum) works. Chad “will try to convince Fiona to stay on as the diner’s manager.”
Season seven of Shameless premieres on October 2nd at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
