Sharp Objects has cast another lead. Taylor John Smith has joined Amy Adams in the drama. The cast of the series also features Patricia Clarkson, Eliza Scanlen, Elizabeth Perkins, Madison Davenport and Chris Messina.
The series will show Amy Adams’ character returning to her small hometown to investigate a murder. Deadline shared the following about Smith’s character on the HBO series:
“Smith will play John Keene, who has barely slept since the murder of his 13-year-old sister, Natalie. His sensitive and temperamental nature raises eyebrows and causes him to become a prime suspect in the murder investigation.”
