She’s Gotta Have It has some new company. Deadline reports Chyna Layne and Ilfenesh Hadera have joined the upcoming Netflix series.
Based on the movie by Spike Lee, the show “centers on Nola Darling (DeWanda Wise), a Brooklyn-based sexually liberated, free spirited painter/mixed media artist in her late 20s struggling to define herself and divide her time amongst her friends, her job and her three lovers, played by Lyriq Bent, Cleo Anthony and Anthony Ramos.”
The details of both Layne’s and Hadera’s roles have not been revealed, but Netflix has ordered 10 episodes of She’s Gotta Have It.
