Jessica Biel is coming back to the small screen. Entertainment Weekly reports USA Network has ordered a new pilot called The Sinner from the 7th Heaven actress.
Based on the novel by Petra Hammesfahr, the drama centers on “a young mother (Biel), overcome by an inexplicable fit of rage, who commits a startling and very public act of violence — and, much to her horror, has no idea why.”
Derek Simonds will write the project and executive produce alongside Biel, Michelle Purple, and director Antonio Campos.
