Son of Zorn is wrapping up. Recently, FOX released a new description for the TV series’ upcoming season one finale, SpoilerTV reports.
The hybrid comedy follows Zorn, a warrior (voice of Jason Sudeikis) from a faraway island in the Pacific Ocean – where everything and everyone is animated — as he returns to Orange County in California to win back his live-action ex-wife and their teenage son. The cast also includes Johnny Pemberton, Cheryl Hines, Tim Meadows, and Artemis Pebdani.
While FOX has not yet announced whether or not Son of Zorn will be renewed, it seems unlikely. So far, the series has received middling-to-low ratings. It currently holds an average rating of 1.41 in the 18-49 demo and 3.313 million viewers.
The season one (and possible series) finale of Son of Zorn airs on February 19th at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT.
