TV show description:
Set in a demon-infested Charleston, South Carolina, this supernatural drama focuses on the Abascal siblings — freelance exorcists — who are plagued by demons of their own.

Maria Abascal (Mena Suvari) derives some of her exorcism powers from Abigail, the demon who escaped Hell to possess Maria, against the woman’s will. As Maria exorcises her demonic prey, Abigail devours them and grows stronger. Maria works with heroin-addicted brother, David (Zachary Booth), who has a knack for hustling up paying clients in dire need of the exorcists.

Founder of the powerful doomsday cult, The Order of Everlasting, Enos Abascal (Bill Irwin) is also Maria and David’s father. Captivating yet merciless, Enos is relentless in his quest to control Maria and bring about Hell on earth.

The enigmatic Reverend Elijah Bledsoe (Lamman Rucker) works with Maria, and seems to know an awful lot about her, and about Abigail. While the tension between Elijah and Maria sizzles, she is unsure she can trust this inscrutable cleric.

Reverend Bledsoe’s daughter, Grace (Paulina Singer) is a former member of The Order of Everlasting cult. Her apparent innocence belies her inner strength. Against her father’s wishes, Grace wants to search for her long lost mother.

Military veteran, Dusty (Drew Moerlein) is Maria’s neighbor. She and this local handyman find themselves growing closer, but Abigail may throw a wrench in the works.
