Son of legendary car driver Speed Racer, Speed Jr. (voiced by Kurt Colak) knows a thing or two about how to race cars. But in this animated series, joining the prestigious Racing Academy isn’t a quick start. Helping him with the transition are his friends Lucy (Sahra Mellese) and Connor (Carter Jackson), as well as headmaster and uncle Spritle (Peter Fernandez). But not everyone is very fond of the new kid. The school’s best racer and most popular guy, X (Robbie Sublett), doesn’t like his turf being stepped on, nor does Annalise (Michal Friedman), X’s number one girl and the school’s number two racer.
