Is Starsky & Hutch coming back? Deadline reports Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn is developing a reboot of the classic TV show with Sony Pictures TV.
The originals series starred Paul Michael Glaser and David Soul as Starsky and Hutch, two Southern California police detectives. The show ran on ABC from 1975 to 1979. In 2004, the series was adapted as a film starring Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller.
James Gunn will write to Starsky & Hutch reboot alongside his brother, Brian, and their cousin, Mark. Sony is currently shopping the project to various networks.
