Succession has added three more to its cast. The drama pilot is currently being developed by HBO, and it will follow the lives of the Roys, which are described as “a fictional American global-media family that is not only rich and powerful but also powerfully dysfunctional.”
Deadline reported that Brian Cox, Jeremy Strong and Kieran Culkin have joined the cast of the series. The news outlet shared the following about their roles:
“Cox will play Logan Roy, the tough, powerful, and aging patriarch of the Roy family and head of a family-controlled international media conglomerate. Strong will portray Kendall Roy, eldest son from Logan’s second marriage, currently a Division President at the family firm and the heir apparent. Culkin is Roman Roy, Logan’s outspoken, fun-loving son and Kendall’s younger brother. Though still on the board of directors at the firm, he no longer works there.”
The cast of the drama also includes Sarah Snook, Nicholas Braun and Matthew Macfadyen. Will you check out Succession if it makes it to series status on HBO? Tell us what you think.
