Sunday TV Show Ratings: Good Wife, Mentalist, Amazing Race, American Music Awards, Baltimore vs Pittsburgh

Sunday, November 18, 2012 ratings — New episodes: America’s Funniest Home Videos, The Cleveland Show, 60 Minutes, The Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, The Amazing Race, American Dad, The Good Wife, and The Mentalist. Sports and Specials: The American Music Awards, NFL over-run, Football Night in America, and Sunday Night Football. Reruns: Bob’s Burgers.

On NBC, Football Night in America aired 7-8:30pm and averaged a 4.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 13.4 million total viewers. Sunday Night Football (Baltimore vs Pittsburgh) then drew a 6.0 rating with 15.8 million.

On ABC, America’s Funniest Home Videos attracted a 1.7 demo rating (+21% week-to-week) with 5.1 million viewers. The American Music Awards followed with a 3.4 rating and 9.5 million. It was down from a 4.3 rating last year.

On FOX, a combination of NFL over-run and Bob’s Burgers drew a 1.3 rating with 3.4 million viewers. The Cleveland Show then found a 1.6 in the demo (-16% change) with 3.3 million.

At 8pm, The Simpsons attracted a 2.5 rating (-22% week-to-week change) with 5.2 million and Bob’s Burgers drew a 1.8 in the demo (-25% change) with 4.0 million. Family Guy garnered a 2.5 demo rating (+9% change) with 5.1 million and American Dad wrapped the night with a 2.0 rating in the demo (+5% change) with 4.2 million.

On CBS, football over-run (5.5 rating with 18.4 million viewers) went until 7:53 so the rest of the night shifted and these ratings are very rough estimates. The finals will be added to the CBS shows when they become available.

60 Minutes attracted a 3.2 rating in the demo (+100% change) with 14.2 million and The Amazing Race brought a 2.2 rating (-12% change) with 9.6 million. The Good Wife drew a 1.6 in the demo (-6% change) with 9.5 million. The Mentalist, starting at 10:53pm, then garnered a 1.6 rating (-16% change week-to-week) with 9.5 million.
