Teen Wolf is getting ready for its sixth season on MTV, but it will not include Arden Cho. The actress released a video on Monday that made it clear to her fans that she will not be back for season six. At the end of the fifth season finale, fans saw Scott leave Kira in the desert. She was planning to repay her debt to the Skinwalkers.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Cho said the following in her video message to her fans:
“I love Kira Yukimura so much. I love the Yukimura family. I loved my experience on Teen Wolf. I love the cast and crew. It’s been an amazing almost 3-and-a-half years. But unfortunately it looks like we are wrapped up with Kira’s storyline and she won’t be coming back for season 6.”
The actress did not reveal why she was leaving the series, but she mentioned the large size of the cast. Cho did not rule out a return to the series for her character. Anything is possible on Teen Wolf.
