The Hills: MTV to Air Alternate Series Ending

The last episode of MTV’s The Hills ended with Kristin Cavallari driving off into the sunset, without her on-again/off-again boyfriend, Brody Jenner. We then learned that this all happened on a studio backlot set, a nod by the producers to the rumors that the drama hadn’t been real.

Now, three years later, fans will get to see another end to The Hills. EW reports that MTV will air an alternate series ending on Friday, August 8th, at 11:30am as part of the “RetroMTVBrunch” mini-marathons.

Starting July 9th, the cable channel plans to run reruns of Laguna Beach and The Hills. Later airings will include commentary by castmembers of Girl Code and Awkward.
