After their mother, Carey (Kim Rhodes), is hired to sing in the lounge of one of Boston’s most upscale hotels, twin brothers Zack and Cody Martin (Dylan and Cole Sprouse) take up residence in one of the hotel’s suites. Also living at the hotel is Paris Hilton-esque London Tipton (Brenda Song), the daughter of the elegant high-rise’s owner. Working at The Tipton Hotel are London’s best friend, candy counter girl Maddie Fitzpatrick (Ashley Tisdale), and the hotel’s manger, Mr. Marion Moseby (Phill Lewis).
