“New heroes will rise.” Amazon just announced the season two premiere for The Tick.
Based on Ben Edlund’s long-running comic, the comedy tells the story of an eccentric superhero (Peter Serafinowicz) who fights crime with his sidekick, Arthur (Griffin Newman). The original series ran on FOX for one season in 2001. The new cast includes Jackie Earle Haley, Valorie Curry, and Brendan Hines.
Season two of The Tick premieres on Prime Video on April 5th. The season will contain 10 episodes and won’t be split into two parts.
