“It’s human nature to come together.” AMC has just unveiled a new trailer and the premiere date for season nine of The Walking Dead.
The hit zombie drama stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira, Melissa McBride, Lennie James, Alanna Masterson, and Josh McDermitt.
Season nine of The Walking Dead debuts on AMC on October 7th at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
And what can fans expect from the new season? Well, at San Diego Comic-Con, star Andrew Lincoln confirmed this will be his last season with The Walking Dead, Deadline reports.

Additionally, Deadline reports Samantha Morton has been cast as the villain Alpha in the upcoming season.
