Thursday TV Show Ratings: Vampire Diaries, Beauty and the Beast, Elementary, Person of Interest

Thursday, November 1, 2012 ratings — New episodes: The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men, Person of Interest, Elementary, Rock Center with Brian Williams, The X Factor, The Vampire Diaries, and Beauty and the Beast. Sports or specials: The 46th Annual CMA Awards. Reruns: The Voice.

On CBS, The Big Bang Theory attracted a 5.1 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 15.7 million total viewers. That was up by 2% week-to-week in the demo. Two and a Half Men drew a 3.6 demo rating (-3% change) with 13.1 million viewers.

Person of Interest aired at 9pm, garnering a 3.0 rating (+3%) with 13.5 million. The evening finished with Elementary and a 2.4 rating (+9% change) with 10.5 million viewers.

On FOX, a two hour edition of The X Factor attracted a 2.3 demo rating (-21% since the last Thursday episode) with 6.2 million viewers.

On ABC, The 46th Annual CMA Awards drew a 3.8 rating with 13.6 million viewers. This was down by 21% compared to last year’s telecast.

On NBC, a repeat of Monday’s edition of The Voice drew a 1.3 rating with 3.8 million viewers. At 10pm, Rock Center with Brian Williams garnered a 1.3 demo rating (up 18% since last week) and 4.8 million.

And on The CW, The Vampire Diaries attracted a 1.5 rating (up 15% week-to-week) with 3.2 million viewers. Beauty and the Beast followed with a 0.6 rating (0% change) with 1.7 million.
