TV show description:
A drama series launching off the Karl Alexander’s 1979 novel and Nicholas Meyer’s feature film, Time After Time follows the young H.G. Wells (Freddie Stroma), as he travels through time in his incredible time machine. Wells is in hot pursuit of the brilliant and engaging surgeon, Dr. John Stevenson (Josh Bowman), better known as “Jack the Ripper.”

After Stevenson escapes the London authorities, Wells travels to present day New York, in search of the stealthy psychopath. Upon arriving, he is surprised it isn’t wonderland he expected, but rather violent and dangerous, like Stevenson himself.  

Vanessa Anders (Nicole Ari Parker) is a billionaire philanthropist and the current owner of Wells’ time machine. There’s a real possibility she may be his great-granddaughter.

Jane Walker (Génesis Rodríguez), is an assistant museum curator. Jane has always longed for more adventure and enchantment in life. Finally, she meets Wells. Together, they set out on a perilous yet thrilling one-of-a-kind journey, in search of the man now known as “The Key Killer.”

Hurt and betrayed, Doctor John Stevenson sets his sights on H.G. and moves forward in a plan for the ultimate revenge — to destroy H.G. and those he cares about forever. H.G. takes matters into his own hand.
