Tiny Toons Looniversity: Cartoon Network and Max Preview Animated Reboot Series

Tiny Toons Looniversity: canceled or renewed?

Tiny Toons Looniversity is headed to Cartoon Network this fall. The animated series will also be released on the Max streaming service.  The reboot follows the education of the next generation of toons — Babs Bunny, Buster Bunny, Plucky Duck, Hamton J. Pig, and their classmates — with classic Looney Tunes characters as their mentors.

Tiny Toons Looniversity is a sequel to the Tiny Toon Adventures series, which ran for three seasons and 98 episodes, from 1990 until 1992.

The casting for the new series has mainly been kept under wraps, but original voice actors Charlie Adler, Maurice LaMarche, and Cree Summer have said that they won’t be reprising their roles.  Candi Milo and Jeff Bergman have indicated that they will be back.

Cartoon Network revealed more about the upcoming series in a press release.

It’s time to educate the next generation of ‘toons! Tiny Toons Looniversity is coming to Cartoon Network and Max Fall 2023.
