Amazon is getting into the musical comedy business. Variety reports the streaming platform is developing a new musical comedy series with Transparent creator Jill Soloway.
This is Soloway’s third show with Amazon, including her upcoming comedy I Love Dick, which stars Kevin Bacon and Kathryn Hahn.
From Transparent writer Ethan Kuperberg, the musical comedy will “follow a woman’s search for love and self-discovery in Los Angeles.”
