Trial has a new player. The Wrap reports Ever Carradine has been cast in the new Amazon series.
The legal drama comes from veteran TV producer David E. Kelley.
Trial stars Billy Bob Thornton as “Billy McBride, a washed-up lawyer whose professional life is turned upside down when a young lawyer who has just been fired from his old firm brings him a wrongful death case that pits him against the head of his former firm.”
Carradine has been cast as one of McBride’s clients, Rachel Kennedy, who is looking to find out what happened to her deceased brother.
Carradine and Thornton join fellow cast members Olivia Thirlby, William Hurt, Maria Bello, and Molly Parker.
