The TripTank TV show will not be cancelled by Comedy Central, before the second half of its second season airs. TripTank season 2B debuts Monday, June 20, 2016 at 10:00pm ET/PT on Comedy Central.

The TripTank TV series features the voices of Margaret Cho, Andrew Dice Clay, Kevin Dillon, Melanie Griffith, Jon Hamm, David Hasselhoff, Cheryl Hines, Kristen Johnston, Tom Lennon, Niecy Nash, Ne-Yo, and Paul Reiser.

NEW YORK, June 8, 2016 – Summer’s here and it’s time for some mind-bending animation to kick it off as Comedy Central’s psychedelic animated series “TripTank” returns with ten all-new episodes beginning Monday, June 20 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. Fans can catch up on the first half of season two via the Comedy Central App and at cc.com/triptank (no authentication required).

Executive produced by ShadowMachine’s Alex Bulkley and Corey Campodonico, “TripTank” takes things just a little bit further through a variety of animation styles, featuring a broad range of formats including 2D, stop-motion and CGI. The weekly, half-hour series showcases a wide range of fast-paced, hard-hitting animated comedy shorts, weaving together stand-alone and recurring narrative pieces.

In the premiere episode, “Bethiffer” tracks down terrorists at the mall, the aliens use a “sound machine” with unintended consequences on “Jeff & Some Aliens,” and the “Suck it Gary” guys try to prank Gary at a water park.

Voice talent this run includes Margaret Cho, Andrew Dice Clay, Jemaine Clement, Kevin Dillon, Jon Hamm, David Hasselhoff, Cheryl Hines, Kristen Johnston, Tom Kenny, Tom Lennon, Niecy Nash, Ne-Yo, Paul Reiser, Nick Swardson and Wendie Malick.

Throughout the season, the “TripTank” Web and mobile sites will feature weekly previews and highlight clips from the series. Fans can also ‘Like’ the “TripTank” Facebook page, follow the show on Twitter and follow the official “TripTank” Tumblr for exclusive content from the show, including exclusive digital animated shorts.

Episodes of “TripTank” will be available the day after air on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, VUDU, Verizon Multi-Screen, Frontier Communications, Microsoft Movies & TV, and Google Play, as well as on the Comedy Central App to fans that sign in via their cable or satellite provider.
