Does true love exist? Well, it does on ABC. According to Deadline, the network has just ordered a romantic dramedy, True Love, from author Gemma Burgess.
The hour-long anthology series will present a modern, post-feminist twist on classic fairy tales.
The Proposal director Anne Fletcher is slated to direct the pilot, with Burgess writing. Both will serve as executive producers.
Burgess is probably best known for her popular book series, Brooklyn Girls.
