Captain Nemo is coming to Once Upon a Time. Entertainment Weekly reports Faran Tahir has been cast as the famous sea captain for season six of the ABC TV series.
Nemo isn’t the only new character to join season six of the fantasy drama. Aladdin (Deniz Akdeniz), Jafar (Oded Fehr), Princess Jasmine (Karen David), and the Count of Monte Cristo (Craig Horner) will all make an appearance.

We’re thrilled to give a Once Upon a Time spin to the classic character of Captain Nemo from one of our favorite Disney films, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. We’re excited to see his mythology merge with Storybrooke’s own captain — Hook [Colin O’Donohue]. If for no other reason than to see the Jolly Roger go up against a submarine.”
Season six of Once Upon a Time debuts on September 25th.
