Once Upon a Time is taking from another ABC series for its season six cast. Karen David was seen on Galavant, which was cancelled after season two. Deadline reported that David will play the role of Jasmine on the ABC series.
Jasmine has been seen in Disney films, and she is the third character from the world of Aladdin to join the series. Last week, it was announced that the roles of Jafar and Aladdin were cast. Deniz Akdeniz has been cast as Aladdin and Oded Fehr, from Covert Affairs, has been cast as Jafar.
