It’s official. Deadline reports Sara Haines will join The View as a new co-host for season 20 of the ABC series.
Earlier, we reported Haines might be the replacement for Michelle Collins, who left the daytime talk show after season 19.
Haines, an anchor for Good Morning America, has appeared on The View several times over the past few years. In season 20, she’ll join returning co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Candace Cameron Bure, Paula Faris, and Raven-Symoné.
The new season of The View begins this fall.
