“Nothing ever ends.” HBO just released a sneak peek at their upcoming TV show adaptation of Watchmen.

Based on the graphic novel by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons, the superhero drama is “set in an alternate history where masked vigilantes are treated as outlaws.” The cast includes Regina King, Jeremy Irons, Don Johnson, Jean Smart, Tim Blake Nelson, Louis Gossett Jr., Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Hong Chau, Andrew Howard, Tom Mison, Frances Fisher, Jacob Ming-Trent, Sara Vickers, Dylan Schombing, and James Wolk.

Watchmen is slated to debut on HBO this October.
