Watership Down is coming to the small screen. Deadline reports Netflix and the BBC are teaming up for a new mini-series adaptation of the classic novel.
Written by Richard Adams, the novel follows a group of rabbits who must escape predators and the intrusion of humans. A film version was released in 1978.
The mini-series will feature an all-star voice cast that includes James McAvoy, John Boyega, Nicholas Hoult, Gemma Arterton, and Ben Kingsley. The series will premiere on BBC One in the UK and on Netflix internationally.
