Marvel has big plans for Disney’s new streaming service. According to SlashFilm, the comics giant is developing a new TV show called What If for Disney+.
From Kevin Feige, the animated series will reportedly “provide stories that explore how the Marvel Cinematic Universe might have unfolded if key moments in its history had not occurred as they did in recognized canon.” The show is based on the What If comic book, which launched in 1977.
As of reporting, Disney+ has not confirmed the news of the What If TV show. Though, according to SlashFilm, the series is intended to feature the voices of prominent actors from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
