What’s next for Jimmy and Gretchen? Recently, the cast of You’re the Worst teased some of the changes in store for season three of the FXX series, Variety reports.
The comedy stars Chris Geere and Aya Cash as two, narcissistic 30-somethings who fall in love despite being completely dysfunctional. Desmin Borges and Kether Donohue also star.
At the show’s season three premiere, Geere said that Jimmy will experience a personal loss that “starts a new phase of reevaluation for him. Jimmy explores who he really is, what he likes and doesn’t like, and how Gretchen will play a part in that.”
And as for Gretchen, Cash says she’s “on an upswing this year, but other people are swinging real low.”
Season three of You’re the Worst premieres tonight, August 31st, at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
