American Horror Story is returning for its 12th season next month. FX has announced the premiere date for the new season, which is based on the upcoming novel Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine.

The season stars returning cast members Emma Roberts and Zachary Quinto as well as newcomers Kim Kardashian,  Cara Delevingne, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Matt Czuchry, Annabelle Dexter-Jones, Odessa A’zion, Debra Monk, and Julie Monk. The story follows “a woman who becomes convinced that a sinister figure is going to great lengths to make sure her pregnancy never happens.”

Halley Feiffer serves as the showrunner for the new season. Co-creator Ryan Murphy has been the showrunner of the previous 11 seasons.

The 12th season is being split into two parts, but it is unclear how many episodes will be in each part or the season as a whole. The past two seasons have had 10 episodes each.

A teaser for American Horror Story: Delicate is below. The season premieres on September 20th.
