A familiar face is returning to Arrow. Deadline reports Colton Haynes will return for season seven of the CW TV show as a series regular.
Haynes plays Roy Harper AKA Arsenal on the DC drama. The The CW series also stars Stephen Amell, David Ramsey, Emily Bett Rickards, Willa Holland, Paul Blackthorne, Echo Kellum, Rick Gonzalez, Juliana Harkavy, and Katie Cassidy.
