The DC superheroes are teaming up once again. Deadline reports The CW is planning another crossover between Arrow, Supergirl, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow for the 2017-2018 season.
The CW aired the first four-show crossover episode last December to huge success. And this week, the network released the first trailer for their fifth DC Comics series, Black Lightning.
During this week’s upfront presentations, CW boss Mark Pedowitz said he believes the network has not reached “peak superhero TV”:
We believe we have the best superhero programing on anywhere. We never have more than four DC shows at a time, we always use a rotation. It will last as long as people want to watch it; quality matters in this case.”
