On Baby Daddy, a young guy named Ben (Jean-Luc Bilodeau) gets a big surprise when a one night stand leaves their baby on his doorstep. He decides to raise the child with the help of his brother (Derek Theler), close friends (Chelsea Kane and Tahj Mowry), and his mother (Melissa Peterman).
“Comedy is an important part of ABC Family’s make-up,” said Karey Burke, executive vice president, programming and development. “We’re excited to see where Dan [Berendsen, creator/executive producer] takes these lovable characters and look forward to more great comedy from the cast.”
The fourth season of Baby Daddy, which is currently airing on ABC Family, is averaging a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 770,000 viewers. That’s down slightly from the sitcom’s third season averages.
