While the old saw warns, “Don’t talk to strangers,” there’s no stopping people from talking about the Stranger Things TV show. To that end, Netflix has ordered Beyond Stranger Things. The new TV series is, as the title suggests, a Stranger Things after-show.
Hosted by writer and Community vet Jim Rash, the Beyond Stranger Things TV series will premiere on Netflix on October 27th, as will Stranger Things season two. Series creators Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer are featured, along with EP Shawn Levy. Cast members Sean Astin, Linnea Berthelsen, Millie Bobby Brown, Natalia Dyer, Brett Gelman, David Harbour, Randy Havens, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Dacre Montgomery, Paul Reiser, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, and Finn Wolfhard will also appear, as will some special guests.
Deadline reports Rash, “…tackles inspiration for the series, behind-the-scenes stories, and analyzes every aspect of the second season – answering all the burning questions.”
