The Blacklist spin-off is moving forward and adding to its cast. Deadline reported that Tawny Cypress has joined the cast, which already includes Famke Janssen, Ryan Eggold, and Edi Gathegi. She last appeared on Unforgettable. That series was cancelled by A&E earlier this year.
Cypress will appear on the last two episodes of The Blacklist this season. She will join Famke Janssen. Deadline revealed more about Cypress’ role, but not much more. She will play a character named Nez Rowan.
Details about the new characters and the spin-off are being kept under wraps for the time being. Fans of The Blacklist will need to watch the backdoor pilot on May 12 to find out more.
